Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

⚠

Important: Important: This service is exclusively available for overseas entities. Users located in Mainland China are strictly prohibited from registration and API calls.

1. Eligibility — Overseas Entities Only

This service is exclusively available for overseas entities (companies, organizations, and individuals) located outside of Mainland China. Users located in Mainland China are strictly prohibited from registering for, accessing, or making API calls through the TokenPort platform. By registering or using this service, you represent and warrant that you are an overseas entity as defined herein. TokenPort reserves the right to terminate any account found to be operated by a Mainland China-based entity without notice.

2. Service Description

TokenPort provides overseas enterprises with access to filed domestic Chinese large language models (LLMs) deployed within the isolated computing zone in Xiamen, China, under the national cross-border inbound data processing pilot operated by China Mobile (Xiamen Token Factory). API traffic is routed exclusively through a dedicated cross-border private line. Public internet API access is not supported. The service is provided on a pay-per-token, on-demand basis, with enterprise commit plans available.

3. Data Processing Statement

This service operates under the Xiamen Cross-Border Inbound Data Processing Pilot, a national-level initiative. When you submit prompts via the TokenPort API, your input data enters China's isolated computing zone in Xiamen for inference processing. Your input data will not be re-exported to any other overseas third parties. Only AI-generated output results are returned to you. By using this service, you acknowledge and consent to your input data entering China's isolated computing zone for the purpose of AI inference processing, in accordance with the official pilot definition and applicable regulations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the TokenPort API only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to process data that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or in China, to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive, to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying model weights, or to resell or sublicense API access without written authorization from TokenPort.

5. Billing and Payment

Pay-As-You-Go customers are billed based on actual token consumption (input tokens and output tokens billed separately at published rates). Enterprise Commit Plan customers are billed according to their negotiated contract terms, including monthly minimum commitments and volume pricing. All pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Cross-border RMB invoicing and settlement is available for Enterprise Commit Plan customers.

6. Service Level Agreement

SLA guarantees apply exclusively to Enterprise Commit Plan customers as specified in their individual contracts. Pay-As-You-Go customers receive best-effort service availability. TokenPort is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, regulatory actions, or infrastructure issues outside our reasonable control.

7. Termination

TokenPort reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to: accessing the service from Mainland China, misuse of the API, non-payment, or violation of applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated and access to the dashboard will be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TokenPort's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to TokenPort in the three months preceding the claim. TokenPort is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

TokenPort reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
